1. Our Products

Handmade Nature: Since our Body Polishes and Oils are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color or consistency may occur between batches. This is a mark of their natural origin and does not affect quality.

Usage: Our products are for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [GBP/£] and are inclusive of any applicable taxes at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Please allow [e.g., 2–3] business days for us to hand-prepare your order.

Delivery: We use [Courier Name] for shipping. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk: Once the item is delivered to the address provided, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Damages: If items are damaged please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Change of Mind: You have 14 days to return unopened and sealed products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you wish to cancel.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mimz Health & Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.
